Am I able to stand on the bars whilst loading the roof , I am 14st? I have ths modular rack just now and that takes my weight no problem

We would not recommend standing on roof bars or racks as this could cause you to trip and fall from height.
Maybe worth considering adding a walkway to the crossbars to spread the load and give a suitable surface to walk on.
